the rooms could do with a bit of an update, but still a great place to stay especially in the rooms with balconies, and Sea view the staff are really helpful and friendly the beds are comfortable and they do a very good breakfast one of the best places to stay in weston supermare will definitely be going back.
Me and my friend came into your restaurant yesterday and from the moment we walked in to the minute we left, we both found the place so lovely, the food absolutely amazing and our service from a lady called Merlilin was amazing, she was very chatty towards both me and my friend, her service was wonderful and her kind presence in how welcome she made us both feel. We will definitely be coming back here again.
Had Sunday lunch here with friends, all very nice so much returned following mid week for normal menu. Both the service and welcome is 5 star on both occasions. A good selection of drinks available, nice cosy atmosphere though weather outside was very wet and windy. Seafront hotel so to be expected lovely friendly staff. Food 10 out of 10

Just came back from a 2 night stay at the Smiths Hotel and was really happy with the experience I had in the hotel. Firstly the hotel has a modern feel to it but at the same time has a relaxed atmosphere to it. The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean throughout. The rooms we booked had balcony’s that overlooked Western seafront. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to try out the hotels in house restaurant but the food smelt amazing and looked delicious from what we could see other quests eating. The hotel provides complementary tea and coffee for guests to enjoy in the room and if you run out you’ve got access to more at the check in desk 24/7 if needed for your stay. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. Only thing that we didn’t like about the hotel was the bed we booked a double room and the bed was extremely small and quite uncomfortable for myself and my partner it dipped in the middle. As a whole a fab hotel I would definitely recommend it and will return next time I return to Western.
Had a lovely stay here recently. The room was basic but spotless. We had an upgrade to a balcony room which is worth paying the extra for. Stunning view without noise from the street or bar's terrace below.
We sat outside for a glass of wine in the sunshine. Great location and very helpful friendly staff. Good atmosphere. Would definitely try the menu next time.
My family and I stopped at the restaurant for drinks and food. This is a really nice place and the food was really nice. They have a good choice of drinks to choose from, and they had Murphy stout on draught. There is plenty of seating inside and out. The staff were really nice and friendly.
